ABOUT ME
I have spent nearly 15 years acquiring the tools and wisdom to overcome my personal traumas and the challenges they presented in my life. The tools and wisdom I now possess helped me defeat things like obesity, parental abandonment and sexual abuse. I now live a purpose driven life doing what I love to do and making an impact in the world I inhabit.
I strongly believe that together we thrive and this is why I use a co-active coaching philosophy. This is when both coach and client actively work together to co-create the coaching process in order to help the client reach their desired outcome. I don't believe in cookie cutter programs. Everyone is in a very unique place in his or hers own journey and I am ready to meet them wherever that is with compassion, love and empathy.
